Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Channel

We are looking for a senior digital leader who combines strategic thinking with deep hands-on capability. Preferred qualifications include: 8+ years of experience in digital B2B marketing within SaaS, analytics, aerospace, or other technology-driven industries Proven success building and scaling digital strategies that engage both commercial buyers and governmental audiences Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM integration, paid media, analytics, and broader martech ecosystems Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize websites, improve digital journeys, and drive measurable pipeline impact Deep analytical capability and a data-driven approach to testing, optimization, and decision-making Strong people leadership skills, with experience mentoring team members and influencing cross-functional stakeholders Experience improving demand-to-pipeline workflows and collaborating closely with Sales or SDR teams is a plus Self-starter mentality, high ownership, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, global environment Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus Why Join Spire Join Spire on an exciting growth journey and help shape how we communicate, engage, and win across global markets.
