Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop a cross-functional team within the digital services area. - Own service roadmaps, priorities and portfolio governance activities. - Translate business strategy and customer needs into concrete, sustainable digital initiatives. - Balance delivery priorities across business value, customer experience, stable operations and long-term development. - Ensure accountability for service availability, performance, security, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance. - Establish clear direction, structure and momentum across initiatives and deliveries. - Monitor delivery progress and drive continuous improvement in ways of working. - Strengthen collaboration between teams, architects, suppliers and other stakeholders. - Contribute to leadership work related to innovation, customer focus and operational efficiency. ### Technical Stack & Requirements - Digital service management and lifecycle management. - Service ownership, roadmap management and portfolio governance. - Agile ways of working in complex business and technology environments. - Service performance, availability, security and operational stability management. - Cross-functional delivery coordination with business, IT, architecture and external suppliers. ### Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience managing and developing digital services, as well as leading cross-functional teams. You should be able to convert business strategy and customer requirements into actionable digital initiatives and manage competing priorities effectively. Experience working in complex environments at the intersection of business and technology is required. The role calls for strong stakeholder-management capability across multiple organizational levels, together with experience in agile delivery models. Familiarity with service security, regulatory compliance, operational performance and cost-efficient service delivery is also required. ### Interested?
