Senior Manager, Inventory Planning and Management

Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant work experience in the areas of Demand Forecasting, Ordering, Procurement, Inventory Management and Supply Chain. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain-related fields. Demonstrated ability to partner with vendors to deliver business results. Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail, and ability to influence without authority. Passion to grow and take on increasing responsibility and challenges. Ability to set high standards and drive others to excellence. Ability to effectively use data to complete analyses. Strong Excel proficiency required, SQL and other technical skills are a plus. Ability to set lofty goals with the relentless drive and ownership to constantly challenge what is possible. Experience collaborating with Sales and Operations stakeholders; in e-Commerce and/or Retail industry preferred.
