Senior Manager, Real Estate Development and Investment

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Finance, or a related field. Approximately 15 or more years of relevant experience in logistics, industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or large-scale real estate development. Proven experience completing at least one full-cycle real estate development project from site identification or land acquisition through permitting, design, construction, handover, and operational stabilization. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary internal teams and external consultants, contractors, developers, and government stakeholders. Strong understanding of development economics, investment analysis, project delivery, permitting, procurement, construction, and commercial negotiations. Experience managing significant capital budgets and presenting investment or project recommendations to senior executives. Strong leadership, judgment, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities. Professional proficiency in Chinese(Mandarin) and English. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with a leading e-commerce, logistics, retail, industrial real estate, technology, or third-party logistics organization. Experience developing automated fulfillment centers, distribution centers, cold-chain facilities, or other mission-critical infrastructure. Experience with build-to-suit development, joint ventures, forward funding, sale and leaseback, or institutional real estate transactions. Experience managing multiple development projects or a regional development portfolio. Advanced degree or relevant professional qualification in real estate, engineering, construction, finance, or project management.
