Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Qualifications: 6-8+ years of relevant experience in FinTech/SaaS business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, investment banking, or top-tier strategy consulting roles Demonstrated success launching and scaling strategic partnerships or managing high-value strategic client relationships. Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and execution. Strong analytical capabilities, with experience leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, capable of influencing at senior levels. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously. Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proactive and flexible approach. Self-driven with an ownership mindset, committed to delivering measurable impact. Compensation The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. This is a commission earning role.
