About the role: Join Redcare Pharmacy at an exciting stage of our Modern Workplace transformation, where you will play a key role in shaping the future employee experience for more than 2,500 users. As the first dedicated specialist in this area, you will have the opportunity to define the roadmap, modernize workplace technologies, and help build a growing Modern Workplace function from the ground up. Working closely with the Associate Director IT Service, you will drive the transition from legacy workplace solutions to a modern, cloud-first environment while influencing how collaboration, device management, and end-user services evolve across the business.
