Cuebid Syd AB | Malmö, Sweden | Full-time · On-site About the Role Cuebid Syd AB is looking for a Senior Network Security Consultant to join our team in Malmö, Sweden. This is a senior consulting role where you will work across customer projects, designing, deploying and securing enterprise network environments. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in Aruba (HPE Aruba Networking), including switching, campus access architecture, ClearPass and Aruba Central, combined with strong experience in Fortinet secure networking technologies, including FortiGate, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer. As part of Cuebid Syd AB in Malmö, you will join a specialist-driven organisation where technical expertise, customer trust and long-term development are central to how we work. Key Responsibilities Design and architect secure switching and campus access solutions using Aruba (HPE Aruba Networking) technologies for customer environments. Own network access control (NAC) strategy, policy enforcement and troubleshooting using ClearPass. Deploy, configure and administer Fortinet secure networking solutions, including FortiGate, across customer projects. Manage centralized security operations, policies and reporting through FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer. Perform network security assessments, risk analysis and infrastructure hardening initiatives for customers. Support integration of customers’ on-premises networks with hybrid and cloud environments, including VMware and Microsoft Azure. Produce clear technical documentation, network diagrams and architecture standards. Act as a senior technical escalation point and mentor for network and security engineers. Work directly with customer stakeholders as a trusted technical and security advisor across multiple projects. Required Qualifications Extensive senior-level experience in enterprise networking and network security, typically 10+ years, with recent hands-on experience in consulting or architecture. Strong Aruba Networking expertise in switching and campus access design. Hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass for NAC, policy and secure access. Strong Fortinet secure networking experience, including FortiGate, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer. Strong understanding of enterprise routing, switching, firewalling and security architecture. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Professional fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications HPE Aruba Networking Expert/Architect-level certifications. Fortinet NSE 6/NSE 7 or equivalent current Fortinet certifications. FortiManager and/or Enterprise Firewall certifications. Microsoft Azure certifications. VMware and hybrid-cloud experience. Experience with service-provider or telecom networks, including BGP, OSPF, IS-IS and MPLS. Swedish language skills are an advantage but not a requirement. Additional Skills Strong management and leadership skills are highly valued. You should be comfortable leading technical engagements, coordinating project teams and managing customer relationships.
