Senior People Soft consultant

Description An experienced PeopleSoft professional who can keep the current solution running ("keep the lights on"), lead support and development activities, engage confidently with business stakeholders, and support the transition toward Workday while ensuring stability of the existing HR platform. Required Qualifications 5+ years of PeopleSoft development, support, and maintenance experience. Strong hands-on expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and Application Designer. Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge. Excellent communication with business users, HR stakeholders and other technical teams Lead incident resolution, problem management, solution patches while ensuring stable operations Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and IT teams. Proactive, self-driven, and service-oriented.
