Working closely with the engineering teams, you'll build and maintain a modern, cloud-native platform and improve everyday developer experience through automation and self-service.</p><p>As the company expands into new markets and scales globally, you'll help shape where the platform goes next — and you'll mentor and grow alongside a supportive, high-trust team.</p><p>If you care about reliable platforms, thoughtful automation and lifting the people around you, we'd love to hear from you.</p><h2>What you'll do</h2><ul><li><p>Design, build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on <strong>AWS</strong></p></li><li><p>Manage and improve the <strong>Kubernetes</strong> platform and containerized workloads</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain <strong>Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi</strong></p></li><li><p>Develop and improve <strong>CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Argo CD</strong></p></li><li><p>Improve deployment reliability through <strong>GitOps</strong> practices</p></li><li><p>Monitor system health, application performance and reliability using <strong>Sentry</strong> and other observability tools</p></li><li><p>Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, deployments and operational processes</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with software engineers to improve developer productivity and release confidence</p></li><li><p>Identify operational bottlenecks and remove repetitive manual work through automation</p></li><li><p>Help define platform architecture and engineering best practices</p></li><li><p>Take part in incident management, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement</p></li><li><p>Share knowledge and mentor colleagues in cloud, DevOps and infrastructure engineering</p></li></ul><h2>What you bring (key skills)</h2><ul><li><p>Extensive experience managing cloud infrastructure on <strong>AWS</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong experience with <strong>Kubernetes</strong> in production environments</p></li><li><p>Solid experience with <strong>Docker</strong> and containerized applications</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi</strong> (or a similar tool such as Terraform)</p></li><li><p>Experience building and maintaining <strong>CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience implementing <strong>GitOps workflows with Argo CD</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience with observability platforms, including the <strong>ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)</strong> and <strong>Sentry</strong> for logging, monitoring and incident investigation</p></li><li><p>Experience designing <strong>secure, scalable and highly available cloud architectures</strong></p></li><li><p>Good understanding of <strong>Linux, networking and cloud security</strong> concepts</p></li><li><p>Experience working in <strong>Agile teams using Kanban and/or Scrum</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience managing and operating <strong>production databases — PostgreSQL, MariaDB/MySQL, Elasticsearch and Sphinx</strong> — with a focus on performance, reliability and scalability</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting development teams through platform engineering and DevOps best practices</p></li><li><p>Strong scripting skills (<strong>Bash, PowerShell or Python</strong>) are a strong plus</p></li></ul><h2>Nice to have</h2><ul><li><p>Experience with multi-environment Kubernetes clusters</p></li><li><p>Experience with cost optimization in AWS</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with security scanning and policy enforcement</p></li><li><p>Experience building internal developer platforms</p></li><li><p>Experience with disaster recovery and backup strategies</p></li></ul><h2>Language</h2><ul><li><p><strong>English</strong> — required (the working language)</p></li><li><p><strong>Swedish</strong> — a plus</p></li></ul><h2>Who you are</h2><ul><li><p>You enjoy building reliable platforms that empower development teams</p></li><li><p>You like automating whatever can be automated</p></li><li><p>You're curious about new cloud technologies and continuously improving how you work</p></li><li>&
