Senior PLM Solution Specialist - 3DEXPERIENCE

For our client we are looking for a Senior PLM Solution Specialist - 3DEXPERIENCE. Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Senior PLM Solution Specialist with deep expertise in Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform to join our Mechanical Engineering PLM team. The consultant will act as a bridge between business and IT, support use case development, solution design, testing, and stakeholder collaboration while helping drive the adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE within hardware development. Mandatory Skills - Extensive hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE - Strong understanding of PLM processes within hardware/product development - Experience translating business requirements into use cases and solution requirements - Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions - Experience working closely with both business and development teams - Experience in solution validation and testing - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluent in English (written and spoken) Nice-to-Have Skills - Teamcenter experience - Experience from large-scale PLM transformation programs - Experience from automotive industry - Experience working in global organizations - Experience with change management and user adoption Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with business representatives within hardware development - Capture and refine requirements and use cases - Support solution design discussions within 3DEXPERIENCE - Validate solutions against business needs - Plan and execute testing activities - Coach and support team members learning 3DEXPERIENCE Experience Required Minimum 5 years of PLM experience. Preferred: 5+ years within PLM and 3+ years working with 3DEXPERIENCE. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Onsite Requirement Regular onsite presence in Torslanda is expected. Close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and engineering representatives is a key success factor.
