Senior Principal Engineer

Requirements: Extensive experience (15+ years) as a senior/principal-level software engineer with deep expertise in Frontend architecture and large-scale application systems. Proven success leading technology transformation across organizations of 80+ engineers. Deep understanding of modern API design (REST, GraphQL) and its application in highly distributed, agentic environments. Demonstrated experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar agent-integration patterns. Strong product mindset: proven history of collaborating with Product leaders to solve complex customer problems with customer-obsession. Ability to balance high-level architectural strategy with hands-on, production-level coding. Extensive experience evaluating and adopting new frontend technologies and frameworks, expertly balancing innovation with long-term maintainability. Proven track record of designing and scaling robust frontend architectures that support high-traffic, complex user interfaces across massive datasets.
