About you:  Experience in leading and developing commercial strategies relating to the categories in your scope. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the financial services or the fintech industry. Proven track record of delivering and exceeding commercial targets such as savings, supplier consolidation, cash management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence and work collaboratively across different teams Ability to advise, manage and report risks effectively, providing practical solutions to mitigate them. Experience with sourcing tools, market analysis and end-to-end procurement processes. Demonstrable ability to evaluate and summarise complex sourcing scenarios, communicating them in a clear and pragmatic way to different stakeholders and influencing with impact. Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. A get-it-done, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
