WE ARE LOOKING FOR Seven or more years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, digital production or a related discipline Experience independently managing campaigns from brief through launch Strong strategic and business judgment, with a customer-focused mindset Confidence reviewing copy and design and providing clear, constructive direction Excellent project-management, prioritization and problem-solving skills Experience leading creative, development, QA, publishing and other cross-functional partners Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills The ability to turn ambiguity into clear direction and actionable plans A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and strong sense of ownership The ability to operate autonomously across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment Experience working within an embedded or highly integrated client-agency model is preferred WE OFFER A flexible, hybrid working policy An excellent salary based on experience and equal pay policies Mental health support, and company sick pay scheme. 15 days paid holiday annually (plus Public Holidays). The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $75,000 – $95,000 CAD. Salary is based on relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact.
