With an appreciation for women’s many roles and how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals and spaces.<br><br>TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.<br></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-faa9d81f-7fff-5616-43ba-ba48ebca74e0">The Role</strong></span></p><p><span>TOTEME is looking for a Senior Product Developer to join our team in Stockholm full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for developing products from sketch handover through to shipment sample sign-off for our apparel collection. Working across categories including, but not limited to, leather- and outerwear, you will report to the Head of Product Development RTW and collaborate closely with the Design, Pattern, Technical, Production, and Raw Material teams to ensure seamless product execution.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-faa9d81f-7fff-5616-43ba-ba48ebca74e0">Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Work closely with the Design and Product teams to develop each garment from initial concept through to finished product, ensuring alignment with brand vision and commercial objectives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as a trusted technical partner to the Design team, providing hands-on leadership in fittings and reviews to drive best-in-class fit, quality, and product performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, negotiating costs, lead times, and technical solutions to uphold design intent while meeting business targets.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure that developed products are fit for purpose for the customer, the brand, and the business, balancing aesthetic, functionality, quality, and margin.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify potential risks and challenges across all stages of development and production, proactively proposing solutions with a focus on quality, pricing, and margin optimisation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Continuously refine development processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage timelines by meeting deadlines and clearly communicating key milestones to cross-functional teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Accurately maintain all product data in the PLM system throughout the development process.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Deliver products in line with TOTEME’s sustainability standards and values, ensuring relevant product data is consistently updated and accessible for the sustainability team.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-faa9d81f-7fff-5616-43ba-ba48ebca74e0">Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Extensive experience in multi category product development, ideally including leather- and outerwear experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven ability to partner with senior designers, interpreting creative vision, and translating it to clear technical and commercial direction for teams and vendors.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Skilled in managing supplier relationships to deliver against quality, cost and timing requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experienced with managing the critical path, ensuring collections are delivered on time.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to manage a budget with commercial awareness and understanding of product cost, achieving a balance between creativity and commercial implications throughout the process.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrates expert-level technical product knowledge.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent knowledge of PLM systems, Microsoft Office and Adobe programs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent in spoken and written English.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-faa9d81f-7fff-5616-43ba-ba48ebca74e0">About You</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>A TOTEME ambassador who lives and breathes our culture and values.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communicator with the ability to negotiate with credibility, share information effectively, and collaborate confidently with cross-functional teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Well-informed about industry trends, the market, luxury consumers, and competitors.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Positive and proactive mindset, with a can-do attitude.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to work independently and as part of a team.</span></p></li>
