Capacity is one of the core challenges at Instabee: your team ensures we offer the right shipment destinations at the right time, keeping conversion rates high while delivering on our promise of a fast, uncomplicated experience for both customers and merchants.</span></p><p><span>This role is about driving business impact — understanding ecommerce logic and consumer behavior, and solving complex trade-offs between loyalty, parcel volume, and operational constraints.
