Senior Product Manager (Marketplace)

We are looking for a customer-obsessed, data-driven, and strategic Product Owner to join the Marketplace Seller Logistics team. In this role, you will own and drive seller logistics initiatives that improve operational efficiency, seller experience, and fulfillment performance across Coupang’s Marketplace ecosystem. You will work closely with internal operations, supply chain, product, and tech teams to build scalable logistics solutions that enable marketplace sellers to grow efficiently on Coupang’s platform. As a key member of the Marketplace organization, you will think and act like a business owner — identifying operational pain points, improving logistics processes, and launching scalable programs that enhance inbound, fulfillment, inventory, and delivery experiences for sellers and customers alike. You will play a critical role in driving marketplace growth by reducing logistics friction, improving seller adoption of logistics programs, and optimizing end-to-end operational performance. What You Will Do Own the strategy, roadmap, and operational KPIs for Marketplace seller logistics initiatives Drive improvements across the end-to-end seller logistics journey, including inbound operations, inventory management, fulfillment adoption, delivery performance, and returns experience Identify operational bottlenecks and friction points impacting sellers and customers, and develop scalable solutions to improve efficiency and service levels Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, Marketplace Business Development, and Customer Experience teams to deliver impactful logistics initiatives Analyze operational and seller performance data to identify growth opportunities, improve SLA performance, and optimize cost efficiency Lead seller-focused programs that improve onboarding, logistics adoption, operational compliance, and overall marketplace experience Define business requirements, operational processes, and success metrics for new logistics products and operational enhancements Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance scalability, operational excellence, and seller satisfaction Act as the Voice of the Seller by deeply understanding seller pain points, operational challenges, and logistics needs Basic Qualifications Business-level proficiency in English and Korean (spoken and written) is required Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketplace operations, seller logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce fulfillment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced and highly ambiguous environments Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and hands-on execution Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple functions Preferred Qualifications Experience in e-commerce, marketplace logistics, fulfillment operations, or supply chain programs preferred Familiarity with seller operations, warehouse processes, transportation networks, or fulfillment systems is a plus Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
