Senior Product Owner

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to help shape one of the most important part of the platform, Channels: adding new marketplaces, ensuring they are maintainable, scalable, and easy to integrate, while maintaining existing Channels.⭐ The role will turn customer, marketplace and business needs into a clear product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities and dependencies across teams around measurable merchant outcomes.  What will you do as a Senior Product Owner? As a Product Owner, you’ll take full ownership of the marketplaces domain, working closely with the development team to refine and prioritise the backlog, shape business epics and stories, and translate complex requirements into clear, functional designs. You’ll guide the development of key capabilities, including ongoing AI enhancements. You’ll support the team throughout each sprint, providing clarification, managing scope, reviewing completed work, and contributing to retrospectives.🎯  Alongside this, you will lead discovery, prioritisation and delivery with Engineering and UX while collaborating closely with Customer Success, Delivery and commercial stakeholders. You’ll also play a part in strengthening ways of working within the product organisation by aligning with other Product Owners, bringing structure where needed, and contributing to a mature, collaborative team culture.
