Senior Product Owner - Sales Application

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture, with at least 5 years in technical leadership, solution architecture, or service ownership roles. Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, security models, and enterprise data architecture. Strong understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity business processes within complex B2B Go-to-Market organizations, including lead management, opportunity lifecycle, quoting, approvals, forecasting, and sales operations. Proven experience leading AI-driven transformation initiatives within sales and GTM organizations, including the application of AI/ML, automation, predictive analytics, agentic workflows, and generative AI to improve seller productivity, pipeline intelligence, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Experience evaluating and implementing AI-enabled CRM capabilities such as Salesforce Einstein, AI copilots, workflow automation, intelligent recommendations, conversational interfaces, and data-driven decision support systems. Proven experience designing and delivering scalable enterprise solutions integrating Salesforce with cloud applications, APIs, middleware, ERP, pricing, and other enterprise systems. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives in complex enterprise environments. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership, business partners, and cross-functional technical teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge technical and functional domains effectively. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, AI Associate, or CTA are highly preferred. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
