Senior Production Engineer (Robotics)

Senior Production Engineer – Assembly We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer to develop and improve assembly lines within an advanced manufacturing environment. The role covers both an existing production facility and the development of a new production site. You will work closely with production teams, line technicians, operators and other support functions to improve assembly processes, solve production challenges and ensure high standards within safety, quality and delivery. Key responsibilities: Develop and optimize assembly processes, methods and production flows. Support daily production through problem-solving and technical expertise. Develop assembly instructions and PFMEA. Define and ensure the right tools and equipment are available at each workstation. Coordinate activities and priorities with line managers and support functions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within production. Contribute to the development and implementation of assembly lines in a new manufacturing facility. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer, preferably within assembly/manufacturing. M.Sc. in Production Engineering, Supply Chain or similar. Strong experience in production, problem-solving and project management. Good knowledge of ERP systems. Strong knowledge of Lean / World Class Manufacturing. Fluent in Swedish and English. Structured, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of improvements and deliveries.
