Senior Production Engineer (Robotics)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer for an assignment within advanced industrial manufacturing and automation. In this role, you will support the development and improvement of assembly lines, production processes, and manufacturing methods. You will work closely with production teams, line technicians, operators, and other support functions to ensure high standards within safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and improve assembly methods and production processes Create and maintain work instructions and PFMEA Ensure the right tools and equipment are available at the appropriate production stations Work closely with line technicians, operators, and line managers in daily operations Participate in regular meetings to follow up on activities, priorities, and improvements Analyze and solve production-related issues Drive continuous improvement within assembly and manufacturing Support the development of both existing and new production environments Your Background Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer, preferably within assembly or factory development Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field Good knowledge of ERP systems Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Experience with PFMEA, assembly methods, and production improvement Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Strong interest in continuously improving processes and ways of working The terms and conditions for the assignment will be based on Ework’s framework agreement with the client.
