Senior Project Leader, Industrial Engineering

About the Role You will step into a role where you lead installation and improvement projects that help develop industrial operations in a complex manufacturing environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and manage several parallel initiatives with different scope and complexity. Job Description You will lead several parallel installation and industrial engineering projects from planning through implementation. You will create clarity in the work, set direction, and keep momentum toward agreed goals. You will manage scope, timelines, budget, and quality to support successful project execution. You will coordinate stakeholders across functions and build effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. You will identify risks early, handle obstacles, and drive practical solutions forward. You will deliver improvements that create business value and meet the needs of internal stakeholders. Requirements You have post-secondary education or equivalent experience. You have several years of professional experience in roles where problem solving, responsibility, and independent decision making have been central. You have experience leading people, teams, projects, initiatives, or operational activities. You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of priorities and outcomes. You can communicate professionally in English and Swedish. Nice to have Project management experience. Experience from industrial or manufacturing environments. Knowledge of installation projects, engineering, production development, or continuous improvement.
