Senior Project Manager, Quantum Safe

Job Description - You will lead a quantum-safe initiative from assessment to execution-oriented planning. - You will coordinate and guide a team of subject matter experts within cryptography and related areas. - You will structure the work needed to inventory the current state of cryptos and ciphers. - You will turn findings into a practical strategy and roadmap aligned with business and compliance needs. - You will create clarity across stakeholders and keep the project moving forward in a structured way. - You will support decision-making by presenting progress, priorities and next steps at an executive level. ### Requirements - Proven experience working in senior project management roles. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across specialist and stakeholder groups. - A structured way of working, with strong focus on planning, follow-up and clear communication. - Experience leading complex initiatives that involve multiple experts and dependencies. - Ability to drive work from analysis and inventory through to strategy and roadmap. - Professional proficiency in Swedish and English. ### Nice to have - Experience or knowledge of working with cryptos and ciphers. - Previous experience working as a project manager in a banking environment. ### What We Offer - Permanent employment at Avaron AB - Occupational pension - Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year ### Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
