Your RoleWe are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of advanced Interior Sensing software programs for global automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. This role serves as the primary interface between customers and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring customer commitments are met while maintaining alignment with company priorities, technical capabilities, and business objectives. You bring structure and clarity to complex automotive software programs while helping teams navigate uncertainty and change. We have a number of development teams working on our products and algorithms such as head- and eye-tracking, attentiveness and drowsiness, face identification and other interior sensing algorithms. We solve these challenging problems utilizing state-of-the-art algorithms in the fields of image processing, machine learning / AI, mathematics and accelerated computing. The teams develop new features and applications, embed and optimize the software for specific target platforms and environments, test and verify the software for specific vehicle programs as well as work with our customers to create the best possible user experience. All our customer programs are based on the same core product so they all share the same core software.You will be leading one or more of our developer teams, communicating with the customers and other internal stakeholders as well as setting the priorities for the team.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced technical automotive environment, excels at managing ambiguity and customer-driven change, and can effectively navigate complex technical and organizational challenges. This individual must be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and a proactive problem solver with a strong understanding of automotive software development and a background in technology. Previous experience managing global automotive customers is essential. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success working directly with international OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, coordinating activities across multiple regions, and leading programs involving globally distributed teams. You will have an active impact of the processes and projects and will work in close cooperation with our other talented team members.
