Requirements Mandatory IT Governance / Leadership Service Management / ServiceNow Microsoft Ecosystem (Digital Workplace, E5, M365, Copilot, Entra ID and related services). Business-oriented mind set meaning underpinning strategic IT decisions with business cases and operating models.
