Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are now looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer who wants to help shape how we work with quality engineering, test automation and modern development practices. In this role, you will play a key part in PwC’s quality transformation journey. You will help shape how quality assurance and testing are embedded across our development processes, support teams in adopting modern testing practices and increase the level of automation across our technology environment. We are in the early stages of our test automation journey and are looking for a senior QA professional who can help establish the practices, capabilities and mindset needed to take software quality to the next level. We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to influence, coach and drive change. You will work both hands-on and strategically, helping teams succeed through modern quality engineering practices and sustainable ways of working. The role is based in Stockholm, and you are expected to be on-site on a regular basis according to internal policy. Your main responsibilities as Senior QA Automation Engineer Lead and develop PwC’s test automation journey and quality strategyDesign and implement scalable automated testing solutionsEstablish and promote best practices within testing and quality assuranceCoach and support development teams in building quality into their productsWork closely with developers, architects and stakeholders to continuously improve software qualityContribute to the implementation of testing within CI/CD processes and modern development practices Requirements for the role We believe you have extensive experience within software testing and quality assurance and enjoy driving improvements in both technology and ways of working.
