Qualifications : At least 4 years of direct, hands-on experience in either Recruitment Customer-oriented; understanding their needs and exceed their expectations Proven team player with excellent communication especially persuading, relationship management and interpersonal skills Experienced various type of recruiting (bulk hiring, leadership program, etc.) Analytical, creative and data driven Must be highly motivated, able to work independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment Preferred Qualifications : Experience in executive level (Director or above) hiring is highly preferred.
