At Tre, we're looking for a Senior Revenue Assurance & Fraud Specialist to play a key role in safeguarding our revenue streams and driving improvements across our telecom ecosystem. Working at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Telecom Operations, you will help ensure that our services are accurately captured, billed, and protected from fraud and revenue leakage. This is a highly specialized role with significant impact across the business. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Networks, and Commercial teams while helping shape the future of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management at Tre. What you'll doIn this role, you will identify and mitigate revenue leakage and fraud risks across telecom services while developing and improving controls, monitoring, and reconciliation processes. You'll analyze telecom usage and transaction data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and drive automation initiatives that strengthen business performance and operational efficiency. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Networks, and Business teams to ensure data integrity and support the successful delivery of new products and services.You can look forward to Working in a business-critical role with direct impact on revenue protection and operational performance Collaborating with experts across Finance, IT, Networks, and Commercial teams Contributing to the development of one of Tre's most specialized and strategically important capabilities Helping shape how Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management evolve in the future Being part of Sweden's Best Workplaces according to Great Place To Work and a proud partner of Women in Tech and Tjejer Kodar We believe you have Significant hands-on experience within Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management in the telecom industry Experience from a telecom operator or a closely related telecommunications environment A solid understanding of telecom revenue flows, billing, and mediation processes Hands-on experience with Oracle, MediationZone, telecom billing systems, roaming services, 4G/5G technologies, and fraud management platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with databases, large data sets, and data analysis Experience with SQL and database technologies Experience with automation and scripting, preferably Python Who you areYou are analytical, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of complex challenges. You enjoy combining business understanding with technical expertise and have a natural curiosity for improving processes through data, automation, and technology.
