Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing models, role hierarchy, permission sets, profiles, and field-level security. Experience integrating and supporting Salesforce with external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Good understanding of Salesforce Flows and when declarative automation is preferable to custom code. Experience with source control, metadata deployments, sandbox strategies, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, clean-code principles, unit testing, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in an established enterprise codebase. Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and collaborate with architects, administrators, QA, integration teams, and product stakeholders. Degree or diploma in Computer Sci
