Senior SAP Application Expert

We are looking for people with 6-10 years of strong experience in SAP Operations, SAP SRE, SAP Basis, or Application Operations. Hands-on expertise in SAP batch job management, scheduling, and workload optimization. Strong understanding of SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, and integrations), job dependencies, execution flows, and performance tuning. Experience in incident management, problem management, and operational governance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to partner with business and product teams to understand critical business process dependencies and ensure reliable end-to-end execution. Proven ability to Collaborate with Vendor teams and platform teams to drive tool optimisation, roadmap alignment, and adoption of best practices. Preferred Skills: Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Experience defining and implementing operational governance, KPIs, and reporting. Experience with Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) or similar enterprise job scheduling tools. Exposure to SAP monitoring and observability tools such as SAP Focused Run (FRUN), SAP Cloud ALM, and Splunk. Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting. Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or stabilization programs.
