Senior SAP Transformation Lead / ERP Advisor

We are looking for a highly experienced consultant to support an international organisation undergoing a significant ERP and business transformation journey. Following the departure of a long-standing key individual with deep organisational and SAP knowledge, the company is looking for an independent and senior advisor who can assess the current situation, create structure, and help define the way forward. Assignment The consultant will be expected to: Evaluate the current SAP/ERP organisation, team structure and responsibilities. Assess processes, governance and ways of working, primarily within Finance and related business areas. Identify skills gaps, organisational risks and improvement opportunities. Provide recommendations on future operating model, team setup and governance. Support ongoing transformation initiatives and help drive execution. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Contribute to planning and readiness activities related to a future S/4HANA transformation. This is not a traditional SAP support role and not a pure people management position. The focus is on creating structure, enabling delivery and providing independent recommendations. Required Background We believe the right consultant brings: Extensive experience from SAP and ERP environments. Strong understanding of Finance processes and enterprise systems. Experience leading ERP, SAP or business transformation initiatives. Ability to assess organisations, operating models and governance structures. Experience working with senior business stakeholders and executives. Solid understanding of S/4HANA programmes and transformation journeys. Hybrid setup with regular presence in Stockholm. English is the primary working language. Start as soon as possible.
