We are looking for a Site Coordinator for an exciting assignment with a leading international industrial company. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing plant modification activities within a designated work package. You will ensure that all work is carried out safely, on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with the required quality standards. You will report functionally to the Site Coordination Lead and work closely with the Work Package Owner on a day-to-day basis. As the primary on-site contact, you will support activities related to foundations, concrete works, and installations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily plant modification activities within the assigned work package, ensuring safe execution, timely delivery, and compliance with project scope and quality requirements. Act as the primary point of contact between the project team, contractors, and subcontractors regarding on-site plant modification activities. Monitor project progress, identify deviations, recommend improvements, and escalate issues or changes when necessary. Track and report project status, progress, risks, and deviations to the Project Manager and Work Package Owner. Provide technical support and guidance to resolve site-related issues associated with plant modification activities. Ensure that all work complies with applicable technical, safety, and quality standards. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact project scope, schedule, or cost. Escalate issues that may affect overall project delivery to the appropriate project stakeholders. Support the evaluation of change requests and project variations by assessing their impact on cost, schedule, and quality. Collaborate with other Site Coordinators and cross-functional project teams to ensure efficient coordination across interfaces. Assist in preparing and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly project reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and the assignment may be filled before the application deadline. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in site coordination for large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of FG Condensate Treatment processes, Heat Pumps, plant modification methods, and construction practices, including site management and applicable health and safety regulations. Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. Proven experience coordinating on-site activities, overseeing contractor performance, and ensuring plant modification work is completed according to the work package and schedule. Ability to coordinate site activities while ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline and budget. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred. However, extensive hands-on experience in site coordination and execution of major infrastructure projects is considered equally or more valuable. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality across all site operations. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing risks associated with plant modification activities, including safety-related risks and schedule delays. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure site environment while maintaining focus on project objectives. Personal Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to resolve on-site challenges effectively. Additional Qualifications Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks and resolving issues before they impact project delivery. Strong ability to maintain safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout all site activities.
