As a Senior Software Developer, you will: Design and develop robust, scalable software solutions for our clients, with a strong focus on quality, security, and high performance. Work closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams to understand needs and goals and develop solutions that create real value. Have the opportunity to contribute throughout the entire delivery lifecycle—from the initial meeting and strategy through implementation, deployment, and testing. Take responsibility for technical quality, system architecture, and reliability in solutions that are continuously improved and developed. We’re Looking for Someone Who Has At least 7 years of professional software development experience in one or more of the following: Java, Node.js, .NET, Kotlin, Golang, C++, React, or Python. A deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP), as well as experience with Infrastructure as Code. Knowledge of performance, security, and reliability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to take end-to-end responsibility for technical deliveries. A desire to contribute to a creative and inclusive work environment.
