The team & the role Logistics is full of manual work. We're replacing that with software, and as we grow into more markets and more volume, the platform has to grow with us. You'll join Supply & Marketplace, one of the teams in our product and engineering organisation of 27. It's a small cross-functional team of five that owns the supply side of Sendify's platform end to end: carrier integrations, pricing and the marketplace experience. We work closely with design, data and operations, and ship in short sprints with a lot of ownership per person. We're looking for an engineer who cares as much about why we build something as how . You'll shape technical direction, own features from idea to production and push how we use AI - not just to write code faster, but to change how we build software and how Sendify runs. We're building the Sendify Network: all freight, inbound and outbound, in one platform. You'll start straight away on the integrations and pricing that make it work, from new carrier connections to making sure customers pay what they see when they book. What you'll do Build and scale our platform - design and ship cloud services in Go, React and TypeScript, owning the full cycle from concept to deployment Own integrations - build API-first connections to e-commerce platforms and logistics providers Shape technical direction - influence system design, our roadmap and how our stack and practices evolve Raise the bar together - pair programming, code reviews and mentoring other engineers Automate how Sendify works - find manual processes across the business and engineer them away Push what AI can do - work with frontier models and tools daily, and help the team find new ways to use them Who you are We believe you Have 5+ years of software development experience with a strong full-stack background Are strong in Go and TypeScript/React, and have built and run services in a cloud environment (we use AWS) Have a product mindset: you start with the user and the business problem, and you're comfortable questioning what we build, not just how Work hands-on with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex, and keep pushing what they can do in your daily work Are comfortable with fast iteration and changing priorities Communicate clearly and collaborate well with people outside engineering Are professional in English Nice to have Experience with our AWS setup (App Runner, RDS, CloudWatch) and MySQL GitLab CI/CD and Pulumi Experience from a startup or scale-up Background in logistics, e-commerce or marketplace products Swedish or German What we offer 4+1 work policy - four days in the office, one flexible remote day Occupational pension Wellness allowance up to 3,000 SEK/year Learning budget up to 7,000 SEK/year Private health and accident insurance Parental leave top-up 30 vacation days The process Apply - takes just a few minutes Digital catch up - Interests, expectations and motivations Technical interview Logical test Lunch & meet the team References Want a closer look at the team and the culture before you apply?
