As a member of our Platform team you will build foundational services that all our features need, security and developer experience as well as being in the forefront of AI development. You will make sure that we have the AI tooling we need to build with both speed and quality, and that our platform is secure and easy to monitor and work with. This is a role where you will spend time on building our product and internal tools as well as building SRE guidelines and best practices cross-team. The whole tech organisation consists of approximately 20 engineers split into different teams, where everyone knows each other.</span></p><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-eb4aae94-7fff-e318-7028-deba293c50ef"><em>Tech stack:</em></strong></span></h5><p><span><strong>Microservice Architecture.</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>AWS based infrastructure:</strong> Fargate, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, GraphQL, OpenAPI</span></p><p><span><strong>Databases and Querying</strong>: DocumentDB (MongoDB), MySQL, S3Tables (Iceberg), OpenSearch, Athena</span></p><p><span><strong>Languages:</strong> Python, TypeScript</span></p><p><span><strong>Infrastructure and platform:</strong> CDK, Github Actions</span></p><p><span><strong>Observability and tooling:</strong> CloudWatch, Aikido, PostHog</span></p><p><span><strong>AI Tooling:</strong> Claude Code, Internal MCP Server</span></p><h4>What you'll bring:</h4><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cab5758c-7fff-d5c2-d28c-e5c2b51ccd51">Infrastructure and platform: </strong>Hands-on experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud). Containerization (Docker), Infrastructure as Code (CDK or Terraform), and CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance (GitHub Actions).</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cab5758c-7fff-d5c2-d28c-e5c2b51ccd51">API design and development: </strong>Hands-on experience designing and maintaining APIs, including REST (OpenAPI) and GraphQL, with a focus on consistency, versioning, and developer experience.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cab5758c-7fff-d5c2-d28c-e5c2b51ccd51">Software engineering: </strong>Strong proficiency in Python (or similar), including writing robust, testable, and maintainable code; familiarity with async programming patterns.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cab5758c-7fff-d5c2-d28c-e5c2b51ccd51">Architecture: </strong>Creating systems that scale both in performance, and maintenance.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cab5758c-7fff-d5c2-d28c-e5c2b51ccd51">AI Tooling: </strong>Integrates AI tooling effectively into daily workflows. Is actively trying new tooling and following new trends in the AI space.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cab5758c-7fff-d5c2-d28c-e5c2b51ccd51">Collaboration and communication: </strong>You enjoy collaborating both with your nearest team and with other teams. You are comfortable sharing knowledge and best practices.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cab5758c-7fff-d5c2-d28c-e5c2b51ccd51">Site reliability and operations: </strong>Experience defining and tracking SLOs/SLIs in large scale systems.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-cab5758c-7fff-d5c2-d28c-e5c2b51ccd51">Cloud microservices: </strong>Hands-on experience building and maintaining microservice architectures using AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, Fargate/ECS (or close equivalents in another cloud).</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-5caa0169-7fff-1054-93f4-6abd9df14989">Location: </strong>Based in Stockholm, within commuting distance from our office in central Stockholm.</span></p><p><strong><em>Please note: We are currently unable to sponsor visa applications.
