Senior Solutions Engineer

Qualifications: 6-10+ years of experience in a customer facing role, within pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting. Experience working with Enterprise customers, with a proven track record of influencing and helping close 6-figure deals in partnership with sales teams. Experience supporting complex Enterprise SaaS sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, technical personas, and long evaluation processes. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts, APIs, and integrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to demonstrate technical solutions in a compelling and customer-centric manner. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to identify pain points and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Proven experience working cross-functionally, translating customer needs into actionable insights for stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus, but not required. Role requires proficiency with macOS and comfort working fully remotely using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom. For US-based employees , the cash compensation range for this role is $145,000 - $170,000 with on-target earnings at $210,000 - $240,0000. We set standard ranges for all US roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. However, these ranges are specific to the hiring location and may differ within or outside the US. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
