Maintain meticulous record-keeping and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing regular reports on recruiting metrics and progress. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our unique culture to attract passive and active talent. What You Bring Extensive experience (5+ years) performing full life cycle recruiting supporting diverse corporate functions, with a preference for prior experience in gaming, entertainment, media/creative or technology industries. 2+ years of experience hiring technical talent in the Austin Market. Proven experience recruiting for high-growth teams across various technical, general administration, and technology functions globally. Proven ability to thrive in a self-directed environment, balancing multiple strategic talent priorities while maintaining a high standard of candidate care. Ability to successfully manage through rapid organizational evolution and contribute to the transition toward a centralized Global Shared Service model. Demonstrate commitment as a strong partner to the broader HR organization, collaborating effectively across teams to support shared goals. A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing hiring decisions at the senior management level. Experience using Greenhouse or comparable applicant tracking systems.
