Senior Technical Consultant – High Power Laboratory We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant / Engineer to lead an upgrade of assets within a high-power laboratory environment. The assignment combines technical engineering with project leadership and requires someone comfortable taking ownership of complex projects from design through execution and documentation. Key responsibilities: Lead and execute upgrades of high-power laboratory assets. Develop technical designs and solutions. Coordinate and communicate with external suppliers. Plan and coordinate activities during implementation. Ensure complete technical documentation. Lead complex technical consulting assignments. Review and approve technical work performed by others. Develop and implement engineering best practices. Support and coach other technical professionals. Requirements: Strong engineering background within a relevant technical field. Experience leading complex technical projects or consulting assignments. Experience with technical design and equipment/asset upgrades. Strong supplier and stakeholder coordination skills. Experience with planning, execution and technical documentation. Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex deliveries. Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
