About the Role You will take a key role in upgrading assets in a high-power laboratory environment where technical precision, structure, and ownership matter. This is a hands-on and strategic assignment where you get to move between engineering work and project leadership, from early design and planning to implementation and documentation. You will work in a technically demanding setting with complex equipment, multiple stakeholders, and high expectations on quality. Job DescriptionYou will lead and execute upgrades of assets within a high-power laboratory. You will develop technical designs and propose solutions for complex engineering needs. You will coordinate external suppliers and create clear communication across stakeholders. You will plan and coordinate activities during implementation to keep progress and quality on track. You will ensure that technical documentation is complete, structured, and fit for long-term use. You will lead technically complex assignments and drive them from design through execution. You will review and approve technical work carried out by others. You will contribute to stronger engineering best practices and support continuous improvement. You will coach and support other technical professionals when needed. RequirementsYou have a strong engineering background within a relevant technical field. You have experience leading complex technical projects or consulting assignments. You have experience with technical design and equipment or asset upgrades. You have strong skills in supplier coordination and stakeholder collaboration. You have experience with planning, execution, and technical documentation. You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of complex deliveries. You have good communication skills and work well with others in technical environments. You have a working command of the English language.
