Senior Technical Project Manager

Assignment Description We are seeking a senior Technical Project Manager for an assignment requiring on-site presence four days per week. Serving as the main link between the business and IT, the Project Manager will coordinate relevant stakeholders and delivery teams across several transformation initiatives involving IT and OT. Responsibilities include clarifying requirements, translating operational needs into suitable solutions and supporting implementation, testing and go-live to achieve the intended business value. The role also covers delivery planning and control, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, time, budget and quality. Progress will be driven through established forums, with issues escalated when required. Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills are essential. Required Qualifications: A strong understanding of MES, SCADA, industrial automation, shop-floor systems and production-related integrations. Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English. Demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager in environments combining IT and OT, including leading complex IT delivery initiatives within manufacturing or industrial production and managing stakeholders across technical and business functions. It is considered advantageous if you have experience in industrial manufacturing environments, large-scale production transformation or digitalization initiatives, as well as previous experience within industrial organizations.
