The role focuses on crafting engaging digital experiences by blending visual design, UX principles, and technical awareness. You will work across web, content, and digital products, bridging design concepts with implementation in a fully remote setup. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of UI/UX experience, a strong portfolio, and expert Figma skills, plus a comfort with AI-powered design workflows. ### Qualifications - 5+ years of professional UI/UX or related design experience. - Strong portfolio showcasing web-based digital experiences. - Expert proficiency in Figma including prototyping and design systems. - Solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, usability, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility basics. - Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to present and defend design decisions. - Ability to work independently in a remote, globally distributed team. - Experience designing for mobile apps, e-commerce, or interactive websites is a plus. - Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) is beneficial. ### Responsibilities - Design intuitive, high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile products. - Translate briefs and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Create interactive prototypes to illustrate behavior and interactions beyond static visuals. - Apply design principles including typography, grids, spacing, and accessibility. - Collaborate with developers to ensure faithful design implementation. - Present and defend design decisions to internal teams and clients. - Organize design workflows to support efficient delivery across projects. - Contribute creative ideas to improve digital experiences across branding and web content. ### Skills 5+ years UI/UX experience Strong portfolio Figma proficient UI/UX fundamentals Visual design English communication Independent remote work Experience with interactive web/mobile AI-assisted design ### Tools Figma HTML CSS JavaScript (beneficial) ## Job description Jobgether is partnering with a Sweden-based opportunity for a Senior UI/UX Designer.
