Leadership & Ways of Working (45 minutes): We'll explore your leadership experience, approach to research strategy, and how you raise the research quality bar. Final loop (Total 1hr 30 - 2 hours): Two interviews covering Managing Teams & People and Leadership & Impact , where we'll discuss your approach to developing research leaders, building high-performing teams, influencing strategy, and driving organisational impact. This process should take around 3-4 weeks - your schedule is really important to us, so we promise to be as flexible as possible!
