Natural Cycles is an international team filled with smart and ambitious colleagues working from offices in New York, Stockholm, and Geneva. Their mission is to pioneer women’s health with research and passion by empowering every woman with the knowledge she needs to be in charge of her health. We’re looking for a Senior/Staff UX Writer to help shape how Natural Cycles communicates with users across their beloved app. You’ll work on complex product experiences where clarity, accuracy, and trust are essential, from onboarding and fertility status screens to educational content and subscription journeys. You’ll work closely with product designers, product managers, researchers, and regulatory teams to make complex information easy to understand and act on. You’ll have a real say in how we design experiences, communicate our science, and help users make informed decisions about their health. What you’ll do Write clear, intuitive, and engaging product content across the app, including onboarding, fertility status and results, device setup, educational experiences, and subscription journeys. Work closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers to shape user experiences from early concepts through to launch. Turn complex scientific and clinical information into content that users can easily understand and trust. Help improve information architecture, content structure, and in-app education to make complex experiences easier to navigate. Use user research, usability testing, data, and experiments to evaluate and improve content, with a focus on comprehension, engagement, and conversion. Contribute to and evolve our voice and tone, terminology, and UX writing guidelines to create a consistent experience across the product. Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure product content is accurate, compliant, and user-friendly. Support localisation by creating content and guidelines that work consistently across different markets. Explore AI tools to support writing, content variations, and consistency while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy. Contribute to maintaining and improving the quality system in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. Your experience You have 8+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product writing, ideally within digital products or mobile apps. You have a portfolio of product writing work that demonstrates how you've solved complex UX challenges and improved user experiences. You're a strong hands-on writer who can turn complicated information into clear, accessible, and engaging content. You understand the product design process and enjoy working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers. You have experience shaping content across complete user journeys, from early concepts to live product improvements. You're comfortable working with user research, usability testing, and product data to inform your writing decisions. You can think beyond individual screens and contribute to information architecture, content patterns, and a consistent product experience. You communicate your ideas and writing decisions clearly and can collaborate with stakeholders across different disciplines. You're comfortable taking ownership of your work, giving and receiving feedback, and contributing to a collaborative design culture. Nice to have: you've worked on health, medical, financial, or other regulated products, where accuracy, compliance and user trust are particularly important. This is a full-time opportunity based in Sweden, with a hybrid-first setup and occasional in-person workshops or team sessions in Stockholm. We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. This is a six month, full time, project-based assignment with the ambition to transition into a permanent position.
