Project Assurance Manager and Project Planner with Project Management skills As a Project Assurance Manager/Project Planner you will be part of the Global Project Management Office team within FSDV (Function & Software Defined Vehicle). The team consists of program managers, project managers and PAM/Planners securing FSDV deliveries. In this role, you will drive and influence the planning and quality assurance activities for our largest product development projects. You will play a key role in enabling predictable and successful product launches to our customers. Your main mission: Securing predictable and successful product introductions Key responsibilities include: Ensuring cross-functional alignment around program gates, end deliverables, and milestones. Monitoring program progress and driving follow-up activities. Defining, tracking, and leading actions related to non‑conformances in the program. Planning and executing internal program audits, including presenting status for decision-makingDeveloping the Program Time Management Plan, including scenario planning. Coordinating plans with related programs and workstreams. Leading program risk management and ensuring structured lessons learned. Supporting Program and Project managers in key project meetings by preparing agenda topics, consolidate outcome of meetings and secure actions are followed through. Required competencies and experience University or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields, such as technical development project managementSolid knowledge of project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, lean)Strong communication abilitiesAnalytical, structured, and equipped with a strong “make it happen” mindset
