Service Owner Analytics & Senior BI Developer

We are looking for Service Owner Analytics & Senior BI Developer integrated within a Data & Analytics function, with cross-functional interaction across various business domains and stakeholders. Deliveries Own, maintain, support and develop analytics and BI solutions across the organization. Act as service owner for selected analytics solutions, ensuring daily stability, prioritization, stakeholder dialogue and continuous improvement. Drive development work both coordination and hands-on, with focus on Databricks data models, transformations and reusable analytics assets. Develop and maintain Databricks, Power BI semantic models, reports, dashboards and AI analytics chatbots based on business needs. Translate business and management requirements into scalable data products and analytics solutions. Support the transition from legacy BI patterns toward a more modern Databricks-first analytics platform. Contribute to AI-related analytics use cases where relevant, including data preparation, semantic modelling, feature-ready datasets and integration with Databricks capabilities. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, platform teams and other Digital teams. Competence requirements Senior BI/Analytics developer profile with proven track record of building analytics and BI solutions that deliver business value. Strong hands-on experience in Databricks, including SQL, notebooks, data modelling and data engineering/analytics development patterns. Strong Power BI development experience, including semantic modelling, DAX, report design, performance tuning and visual best practices. Expert SQL skills and strong understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT and data architecture principles. Experience working with data from multiple business domains and translating business processes into robust data models. Ability to combine hands-on development with service ownership, stakeholder management and prioritization. Knowledge of Qlik Sense is beneficial, especially for maintaining or transitioning existing solutions. Experience with AI/ML-related data preparation, Databricks AI capabilities or analytics use cases is a plus. Experience from automotive, commercial, finance, operations or marketing domains is a plus. Structured, pragmatic and delivery-oriented, with ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
