Seniority Level Senior (5+ years ServiceNow experience) Responsibilities -Develop ServiceNow Employee Center / Portal -Implement Service Catalog and workflows -Configure Virtual Agent and AI Search -Optimize ticket creation and UX performance Must-have Requirements -5+ years ServiceNow development experience -Strong experience with Employee Center / Service Portal -Expertise in Service Catalog & Flow Designer / workflows -Solid JavaScript / scripting skills -Experience in enterprise implementations Nice-to-have -Experience with Virtual Agent -AI Search / relevancy tuning experience -UI Builder / Next Experience -ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) Allocation: 100% Assignment start date: as soon as a suitable candidate is identified Assignment length: to be confirmed, first contract approximately 6-12 months Location: Helsinki, Finland Language : Fluent in English, both written and spoken Please note, should your candidate be selected for the assignment, Ework will request documentation in accordance with the Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability (Tilaajavastuulaki), as well as proof of valid liability insurance.
