Job Posting Title: SE_System Verification Engineer_Senior Description: Android Software Test Engineer Join the development of next-generation Android software platform and contribute to its verification and test automation journey together with a cross-functional development team. Required Qualifications & Experience 4 -7 years of experience in software testing, test automation, or automotive software verification. Hands-on experience with Python-based test automation using frameworks such as pytest. Experience executing and maintaining automated tests for Android applications, Android Auto, or Android Automotive related solutions. Basic understanding of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and experience supporting HIL test execution and analysis. Familiarity with automotive communication technologies such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, or Bluetooth. Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or similar automation platforms. Ability to analyze test results, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. Understanding of software verification principles, test design techniques, and defect management processes. Experience working in Agile development teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-focused mindset. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Android Automotive OS (AAOS) or Android Auto ecosystems. Familiarity with automotive test tools, simulation environments, or ECU test setups. Experience with Appium or similar mobile test automation frameworks. Basic understanding of embedded software systems and automotive ECU architectures. Awareness of automotive standards such as ISO 26262 or Automotive SPICE. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for Android-based automotive software. Support HIL test activities and contribute to ECU validation efforts. Create and improve automation scripts using Python and pytest. Assist in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Validate software functionality across communication interfaces such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and Bluetooth. Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to improve software quality. Contribute to continuous improvement of test frameworks, tools, and verification processes.
