Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Creative Writing, Literature, Media, Drama, Game Design, Digital Media or related fields Native-level English writing ability (serving overseas markets; the copy IS the product) Strong storytelling and character-building skills; must provide a writing portfolio / script samples Understanding of and passion for narrative-driven casual games Effective collaboration across cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: Published work or internship experience in game narrative / scriptwriting / content creation / screenwriting Multilingual ability (Chinese / others), beneficial for cross-market narrative and localization collaboration Familiarity with the meta structure of merge / simulation / narrative-driven games Fair Employment Practices At NetEase, we are committed to fair employment practices.
