Site Security Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of security operations across the Radway Green site, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing security team, promoting a positive and professional culture. Ensure full compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) policies, procedures, and training requirements. Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions and escalating issues where required. Oversee the accurate reporting, investigation, and management of incidents, activations, and security-related events. Recruit, train, coach, and retain team members, supporting performance management and succession planning initiatives. Manage staffing levels, rostering, and resource allocation to meet contractual and operational requirements. Maintain accurate assignment instructions, risk assessments, site records, and operational documentation. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact and providing regular operational reports to the Account Manager. Support the achievement of operational KPIs, cost control objectives, and provide an effective out-of-hours emergency response for urgent incidents and critical events. Ideally, you’ll have: Proven experience in a senior security management role. Solid 5 year checkable work history Must be a born British Citizen or held British Passport for min 5 years.  Strong leadership and people management skills. Valid SIA Licence (essential). Excellent communication and client engagement abilities. Strong understanding of SHE, risk management, and compliance requirements. Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
