About the Position: We are looking for outgoing and service-minded employees for the 2026/2027 winter season. We are recruiting full-time staff positions. Throughout the winter, we welcome thousands of enthusiastic skiers to our resort, and our goal is to ensure they have a great experience. As a member of our Ski Department, it is important that you are outgoing, flexible, and positive. Your work will include ski equipment rentals, sales, and customer service. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a customer-focused environment. You should be responsible, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team. For some employees, part of the role will involve working in the ski school. You must have solid skiing experience, and instructor certification or training is an advantage. If you work in the ski school, it is important that you enjoy working with people and are comfortable teaching both children and adults. As a Ski Department employee, you will also be involved in the resort's rescue and emergency response services. Applicants should therefore be in good physical condition and comfortable working at heights. Previous experience from other ski resorts is an advantage, but not required. Necessary training will be provided.
