Snowflake Analyst

🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for🔹 Snowflake Analyst 🔹 Start date: as soon as possible Possible locations: Gdańsk (preferred), Gdynia, Warszawa, Łódź. Hybrid work 60% in the office. As a Snowflake Analyst you will be responsible for detailing selected IT solution requirements. Collaborate with architects and business counterparts on a solution that delivers value to customers. Able to build solid understanding of business domain as well as data and systems supporting the domain. Requirements management & Data analysis Elicit, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure alignment and transparency of requirements by acting as a bridge between business and IT. Extract, analyze, visualize and interpret data from various sources, usually as an input for requirements analysis and solution design. Create data mapping. Can perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be solution. Solution design Analyze and contribute to IT solution design Able to document data flows and describe to-be solution in text. Participation in the Team Participates in relevant team ceremonies. Seeks to identify solutions without escalation. Manages stakeholders to create alignment across the organization. Continuous learning & self-improvement Openly shares achievements and problems during daily stand-ups and requests team or capability support as needed. Shows willingness and puts effort to continuously improve at personal and team level. Contributes to evaluation and improvement / knowledge share activities at train and capability level.
